These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://zentospa.in (the “Website”), and your booking of services offered by Zento Spa (the “Spa, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By visiting or using the Website and/or booking any services, you (“you”, “your”, “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Website or avail services.

The Spa provides male-to-male massage services, steam bath house sessions, salon and hair removal services, and related wellness treatments, as described on the Website.
You accept that your booking is for the service(s) you select. We reserve the right to change or discontinue any service or price without prior notice.

3.1 You may book services via the Website, phone or other methods made available by us. Your booking is subject to availability.
3.2 Payment terms (including down-payments, deposits, full payment) will be as specified in the booking process.
3.3 You agree to provide accurate and complete information at time of booking (name, contact details, any other required info).
3.4 If you are late for your appointment, the service may be shortened, and you will be charged the full rate.
3.5 We may accept cancellations or changes of booking at our discretion and in accordance with our cancellation policy (see Section 4).

4.1 You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us within the time period specified in our booking policy.
4.2 If you cancel after the specified time or fail to attend (no-show), you may be charged the full service fee or forfeiture of deposit.
4.3 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking (for example if a therapist is unavailable) and will endeavour to notify you; in such event we will offer an alternative appointment or refund as per our policy.

5.1 You must be at least 18 years old to book most services (unless otherwise specified).
5.2 You agree to follow all on-site rules, instructions, and health & safety guidelines.
5.3 You must disclose any health conditions, allergies or other relevant information that could affect your suitability for the treatment.
5.4 You agree to treat our staff and other clients respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a treatment if you behave in an inappropriate, abusive or unsafe manner; in such case you may still be charged.
5.5 You understand that no sexual services are provided; the services offered are as described on the Website.

6.1 The treatments offered are for wellness, relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or advice.
6.2 If you have any medical condition (including but not limited to heart problems, high blood pressure, skin conditions, contagious disease) you should consult a medical professional before making a booking and disclose such condition to us.
6.3 By participating, you assume all risks associated with the treatment and release us from liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7.1 The Website and its content (texts, images, graphics, logos) are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 You may use the Website for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7.3 We may link to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only; we are not responsible for the content or policies of linked sites.

Your use of the Website and booking of services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your personal information.

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Spa, its owners, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, use or goodwill) arising out of or relating to your use of the Website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.2 Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the particular service giving rise to the claim.
9.3 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Spa and its staff from and against any claim, loss or damage (including legal costs) caused by your breach of these Terms, your negligence or your misconduct.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify (at any time and without prior notice) any service, booking, or part of the Website (including content) for operational, maintenance or other reasons. Where we cancel a booked service, we will refund any amount you paid for that service (unless we are legally permitted to do otherwise).

The Spa shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such failure is due to a cause beyond its reasonable control (including fire, flood, pandemic, strike, act of government, interruption of internet services) (“Force Majeure Event”). In such case we may, at our discretion, cancel or reschedule services without liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the state of Karnataka. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by us of any breach shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace these Terms at any time. The “last updated” date will be indicated. Your continued use of the Website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Website and services and cancel any future bookings.
